Founded in 1997 in Clear Lake, Texas, our family-style environment and proven strategy for dementia care make Light Heart the ideal choice for persons with memory loss.
The Light Heart Model of Care includes small homes with 8 residents and 2 caregivers, making a true 1 to 4 Caregiver to Resident ratio.
As a specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s assisted living community, we provide our residents with a more individualized and non-pharmacological approach to care.
Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and more familiar surroundings, leading to a more purposeful and increased quality of life.
