Ladies I just want to take a moment and just tip my hat to you all. Slightly emotional after seeing these pictures.... look at your resident. This is a lady with a shattered shoulder and arm that is out of her bed sitting up eating and drinking with a smile on her face smile on the Family's face. This comes from your care, your compassion, your empathy, and your love towards your resident. If it was not for that she wouldn't be bouncing back as quickly as she is. My heart is truly overflowing at this moment with joy and I just want to let you know I am grateful to have you as my staff. We Are One and I just think you ALL are awesome!
